As the Founder and Principal of Emerald Peak Solutions, LLC, I help individuals and organizations build wealth through passive, real estate-backed investments. With over 25 years of experience in real estate — including sales, development, construction, and property flipping — I’ve successfully led projects ranging from single-family homes and multifamily units to short-term rentals.
In addition to my role at Emerald Peak Solutions, I serve as a Manager at CNS Management, where I oversee a diverse portfolio of properties across multiple markets. I leverage deep expertise in property management, marketing, customer relations, and negotiations to ensure optimal performance, tenant satisfaction, and long-term value for our clients.
What I Do
At Emerald Peak Solutions, llc., I partner with individual investors, family offices, registered investment advisors (RIAs), and institutional partners to identify and capitalize on high-quality commercial real estate opportunities, primarily in growing multifamily markets. By collaborating with top-tier operators and developers, I focus on sourcing, acquiring, and managing assets that deliver strong returns and long-term value.
My portfolio spans multifamily housing, hospitality, infrastructure, and business ventures, giving my clients access to a diverse pipeline of exclusive opportunities. In addition to direct investments, I offer advisory services tailored to investor needs, helping clients grow and diversify their portfolios.
Who I Work With
While I work with accredited investors (as defined by the SEC), we also offer 506(b) investment opportunities, allowing non-accredited investors to participate in certain projects — broadening access for all through high-value real estate investments.

Cindy Beier
As an owner at Emerald Peak Solutions, LLC, I help people make passive investments backed by real estate. I have 25 years of experience in real estate, including listing, selling, new construction, and flipping properties. I have successfully completed multiple projects involving single-family homes, multi-family units, and short-term rentals.
In addition, I am a manager at CNS Management, where I oversee the operations and performance of a portfolio of properties across different markets. I leverage my skills in property management, marketing, customer service, and negotiation to ensure the satisfaction and retention of tenants and owners. My goal is to create value and generate income for my clients and partners through real estate.
Tim Vest
Tim Vest is a Co-Founder of Vive Equity, Vive Property Management and the Managing Director of Charlotte, NC based Harvest Properties Group. He has more than 17 years in real estate and development partnering with developers, land entitlement, single family rentals, fix and flip and multifamily apartments. He is currently an
owner and partner on multiple apartment communities and brings a strong understanding of market trends and analysis to the team. Outside of his passion for Real Estate, Tim has also enjoyed a 20+ year career in Technology while founding multiple startups.
Keisha Kennedy
Keishia Kennedy is an Army veteran and has a Master of Arts in Homeland Security. Following her enlistment, she began investing in real estate in 2011 while self-managing her residential assets. Keishia is the Founder and Managing Director of Kennedy Remedy Investments. She scaled her portfolio by investing in multifamily syndications as a Limited and General Partner. Mike Ealy
Michael Ealy has developed Nassau Investments into one of the key development firms in the Cincinnati area. Over an extensive 20-year period, Mr. Ealy has applied his knowledge of property and asset management to negotiate hundreds of successful real estate transactions. Mike’s strength is identifying the right projects, developing a clear vision, and then putting together the right team to specifically execute each project.
